360° Skills-scan | Updated

In this unit, you are exploring what it means to organise events. You learn by doing, by observing — and by looking at yourself.

This assignment is all about you. What kind of organiser are you now? And what could you become?

To find out, you will use a survey tool.
You first set it up for yourself, then share it with others.

One response will be your own, and at least two will come from people who know you well — for example a classmate, a friend, a parent, or another trusted adult. Together, these views give you a 360° picture of your current strengths.

Remember: It is not a test. It is a chance to reflect and discover which talents you already have — and which ones you may want to grow.

To guide you through the process, ⚠️ use this step-by-step plan (pdf).
Make sure your self-scan and the requests to your two reviewers are sent out correctly and on time.
