B1 | Tool Time

GreenBite is a small Dutch producer of healthy snacks with a compact production facility.

The brand presents itself as honest and no-nonsense: simple ingredients, no additives, affordable, and suitable for a broad audience from students to athletes. Sales are growing steadily through the webshop and a network of local buyers.

This growth also brings new questions. Digital activities overlap, more and more separate initiatives appear, and the team struggles to keep an overview and make the right choices.

That is why the management team has prepared an internal briefing. You read the briefing, identify what is really being asked, and then make concrete proposals for suitable digital tools and solutions.

Briefing from the management team

GreenBite is growing quickly in visibility and sells more and more through the webshop and several regular buyers. With that growth, the amount of digital activities is also increasing. Several channels are used, but it is unclear which ones truly help us reach our target groups. The channel choices have grown organically over time and lack a clear rationale.

Content planning is fragmented.
Posts are often created and published last-minute, which leads to little consistency in tone, content, and timing. The team wants more overview and a way to work ahead, so digital communication becomes more consistent.

We also want to inform key accounts better and more regularly.
There is a need for a newsletter, but no decision has been made about a suitable system or workflow.

In the webshop, we see a clear increase in visitors, but we do not know why. The current setup does not provide enough insight into which sources or campaigns generate traffic, making it difficult to assess the effect of our digital efforts.

Finally, the team wants to increase online visibility through advertising. There are ideas, but no one knows which type of ad is suitable, which channels to use, or how to track results in a simple way.
