C3 | SWOT Analysis

A SWOT analysis can be used for many different purposes. Entering a foreign market is one of them.

For those who don’t know, SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It is designed for use in the preliminary stages of the decision-making process.

In this assignment you need to identify the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving the main export objectives of your business case.
