You’ve done a ton of work so far and you’re nearly there! Just stay focused to the end and you’ll manage!

First and foremost, remember that you are putting this export plan together for someone else. So you need to consider who your audience is. Your report might be internal for company use only, or it might be external to present to investors and more. Understanding your objective is important to know what your exact content will contain.

Don’t start writing anything without examining the first. This will help you to structure your report. If you’ve nicely done all assignments of the program, it will be easy to gather your results and materials. Once you’ve finished gathering everything you need to complete your report, you can get started connecting the final dots.Ready for some serious assembling?

What to do?

Check all the work you’ve done so far. Again, all of it. So not just one or two things.
Why? You might have discovered that the export-thing is quite a big deal. Your perspectives may have changed along the way and that is absolutely fine. Now you will need to connect the dots between the different assignments. So check all your resources one by one to make sure your plan is consistent.
Prepare the written content of the report, by ticking off all of the following items. Running through this list isn’t any harder than counting to ten. So be smart and just do it.
- Design your report cover page, including your report’s title.
  Mention who the report is for, who the report was prepared by (you!), your role (remember?) and the date of assembly.
- Make a table of contents.
  While you might not know exactly how your report will be laid out yet, the outline will help you get started here. As you write your report – or even when you finish writing it – you can come back and update the table of contents to match your headings and subheadings. Because you want to make it easy to navigate, ensure that all of your page titles and subheadings correlate exactly with what you place in your table of contents.
- Add the introduction you’ve been writing earlier.
- Write and/or assemble the body of the report. This is the meat of your report.
- Add the conclusion section you’ve been writing earlier.
Check your work on grammatical and spelling mistakes.
Make the report look pretty by adding the finishing touches, put is together to one document and upload the result.
Sit back, relax and be proud of yourself.

Which standards apply?

The report has been timely uploaded. And submitted in hard copy.
The report contains all must-haves and is a valid rendering of earlier assignments.
The report has a functional layout, containing correct page numbering, visualizations, photos, schemes etc.
The writing has to be clear, specific and to the point.
The work has to be free of any textual mistakes.
The use of paragraphs and headings are correct.
Add a separated source list in detail.

Case method | Cooperative learning

Concrete, realistic situations are individually analysed; afterwards, the resulting vision is presented and discussed in the group.
The individual’s vision is reappraised after seeking additional information. The different visions are selected and appraised.

Problem-based learning | Cooperative learning

Students are divided into small groups (6 to 12 students) and are presented with a problem. The problem is analysed in the group: what do we already know; what do we not yet know; and what do we still have to find out? (= formulation of learning goals).
Students then work individually or in a group to analyse the problem in-depth (= self-study).
Finally, the group comes together again, students report back and test whether the problem is now better understood.
