But what was your role? In this short reflection, you look back on the Friends & Family Event from your own role.
You describe how realistic the plan, schedule, and budget were, which adjustments were needed, and what you did to make the event run well.

What to do
Write a short reflection (about half a page) in which you discuss:
Evidence
You submit one Word document with your reflection.
Evidence = your own analysis with at least one concrete example.
Criteria
Pass: You address all three elements (feasibility, adjustments, own contribution) and give at least one concrete example.
Merit/Distinction: Your analysis shows more depth: you explain cause and effect, support your choices, and clearly describe what you take with you for the future.
